This dynamic role will see you heading out to client sites to manage current and existing relationships, actively seeking new opportunities and sharing your extensive technical knowledge within the commercial HVAC industry.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a HVAC Customer Account Manager (PTL) to join our team in Melbourne.
Job Description
The Role
- Become the face of one of our HVAC teams in VIC, building relationships with clients, suppliers and subbies.
- Premium commercial portfolio in the Melbourne CBD.
- Act as a subject matter expert to guide our technicians and subbies on any issues that may arise.
- Lead toolbox meetings embodying the Grosvenor culture of Homesafe and innovation.
- Assist with the growth of our HVAC service division in Melbourne.
Desired Skills and Experience
Selection Criteria
- HVAC Trade Qualification and applicable licences (Arctick)
- Current Drivers Licence
- Confidence in communication with stakeholders across all levels and backgrounds.
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role and proven ability in managing HVAC contracts
- OHS Construction Induction Card
