The role will require you to have:
- At least 2 years experience in a fast paced, busy restaurant
- A can-do attitude, enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn
- Attention to detail and desire to offer exceptional hospitality
- Great communication skills and an ability to work as part of a team
- Drive, initiative and an interest in the Melbourne food and wine scene
- Wine knowledge an advantage but not essential
