B.Smart Group is seeking an experienced and client-focused MARA Registered Migration Agent to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about helping international students and migrants navigate their Australian visa and migration pathways with confidence and integrity.

About the Role

As a MARA Registered Migration Agent, you will provide skilled migration advice and manage visa applications across a range of visa categories. You will support clients throughout their migration journey while delivering high-quality and compliant migration services.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide accurate and compliant migration advice in accordance with OMARA regulations
- Manage end-to-end visa applications including student visas, graduate visas, partner visas,skilled migration, employer sponsorship, and other relevant pathways
- Conduct client consultations and assess eligibility for migration optionsPrepare and lodge visa applications, monitor progress, and communicate with clients throughout the process
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian migration laws and policy changes
- Maintain high standards of compliance, documentation, and client serviceRequirements (Essential)




- Current MARA Registration (Mandatory)

Candidate Requirements:

- Must hold Australian Permanent Residency
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Registered Migration Agent preferred
- Strong knowledge of Australian migration legislation and visa pathways
- Experience with student visa, 485, skilled migration, employer-sponsored, and partner visa applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English
- Strong attention to detail and case management skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently and efficiently
- Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach
- Strong consultation and client relationship management skill
