Chef – Airline Catering | Brisbane Airport | $38/hr + Super

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Chefs to join our team at a large-scale catering facility based near Brisbane Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global leader in airline catering, producing high-quality meals for major international airlines in a fast-paced environment.

This is ongoing casual work, with the potential for long-term opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, cook, and assemble meals to strict client specifications in a high-volume environment
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and workplace health & safety standards
- Maintain stock levels and assist with production planning
- Perform quality control checks to ensure consistency and presentation
- Supervise and support Catering Assistants as required

About You

- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in bulk cooking or high-volume kitchens




- Adaptable availability, including overtime and weekend work
- Full working rights in Australia
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet production targets
