CardiAction Screening Australia (CSA) is expanding nationally with a mission to change the trajectory of cardiovascular health and burden in Australia. Our non-invasive, pharmacy-based screening service empowers everyday Australians with insights into their heart and artery health, with insights they often struggle to access elsewhere.

This role is ideal for people with experience delivering healthcare services directly to patients or consumers. This might include:

- Pathology Collectors or Phlebotomists
- Allied Health Assistants




- Pharmacy Assistants with health or screening experience
- Health Coaches or Lifestyle Consultants
- Community Health Workers
- Nurses
- Aged Care or Disability Support Workers with clinical duties
- Retired or semi-retired clinicians looking for flexible, meaningful work

If you’re confident taking health measurements, explaining results, and supporting people with lifestyle change guidance, we would love to hear from you.

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you:

- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Enjoy health promotion and educating others
- Feel confident working independently, while also contributing to a supportive team
- Demonstrate empathy, warmth, and a calm friendly demeanour
- have the ability to manage your time and energy well
- Want to help people take action before health issues become serious
- Are looking for a more balanced, fulfilling work rhythm

Experience in general practice, wellness, or community health is helpful but not essential.

About the Role

- Conduct 20-minute cardiovascular risk screenings using the CardiAction ProScreen platform and tools
- Input key biometrics and help consumers understand their personalised screening results and next steps
- Work collaboratively with local pharmacies and our national team to promote and deliver the CSA service
- Ensure high-quality care and support every step of the way
