Perched on the rooftop of the iconic King & Godfree building in the heart of Carlton's Little Italy, Johnny's Green Room is one of Melbourne's favourite rooftop bars. Inspired by la dolce vita, we're known for our vibrant atmosphere, handcrafted cocktails, Italian-inspired food, breathtaking city views, and genuine hospitality.

We're currently looking for enthusiastic Supervisors, Bartenders and Floor Staff to join our growing team. If you're passionate about hospitality, love working in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As part of the Johnny's Green Room team, you'll help deliver exceptional service while creating an unforgettable experience for every guest.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Providing warm, friendly and professional customer service.
- Preparing and serving beverages (Bartenders).




- Running food and drinks with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Supporting the team during busy service periods.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- For Supervisors: leading shifts, supporting the team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

About You

You'll bring:

- Previous hospitality experience (supervisory experience required for Supervisor roles).
- A positive attitude and solid work ethic.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume venue.
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- A current Victorian RSA (essential for Bartenders and Supervisors).
