Sehaj Indian Food and Sweets features mesmerising the heritage of India and its Authentic North Indian Cuisine. The sharing style menu features a vast selection of North Indian specialities.

We are looking for a Cook with hand on experience in "North Indian Cuisine". The duties would include the following:

An eligible candidate will be responsible for the following:

- Prepare and Cook food as per the menu.
- Work independently on the orders.
- Work on Tandoor, Stoves and Hotplates.
- Prepare and Cook curries in Bulk for the restaurant andcatering orders.
- Follow instruction from the Chef and work in team with otherkitchen staff.
- Preparing, cutting, washing & portioning the Vegetables andmeat items.
- Work on the Stove.
- Prepare Marination for Tandoori Menu Dishes.

The eligible candidate must possess the following:

- Cert III or IV in Cookery and Diploma in Hospitality.
- 1-2 Years of Full Time experience and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $79,500.00 per year
