The Brew Spot is a locally owned cafe in the heart of North Strathfield’s Bakehouse Quarter, known for quality coffee, fresh food, and genuine hospitality. We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our friendly, close-knit team.
About the Role:
- Prepare and serve consistently high-quality coffee
- Deliver warm, efficient, and professional customer service
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming workspace
- Assist with general cafe duties, including taking orders, serving food, and cleaning
- Work collaboratively and support the team during busy periods
About You:
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a barista in a fast-paced cafe
- Solid knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude
