About the Role

Working within a busy manufacturing environment, you'll become an integral part of the production team, assisting with the movement and handling of large products while ensuring production runs safely and efficiently.

This role is not warehouse picking or packing. It is a physically demanding factory position requiring candidates who are comfortable performing manual labour for the duration of their shift.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Heavy and repetitive manual handling
- Lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling large products and materials
- Assisting with manufacturing and production processes
- Supporting machine operators and leading hands




- Sorting and preparing products throughout various production stages
- Loading materials onto workstations
- General factory housekeeping
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
- Working collaboratively within a close-knit production team

About You

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

- Previous experience within manufacturing, production, factory, construction or other physically demanding environments
- The ability to perform continuous heavy manual handling throughout an entire shift
- A reliable work history with excellent attendance
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- The ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Reliable transport to and from site
- Availability to work a minimum of 38 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime when required
