Casual / Part-Time Work in Teams All Equipment Provided
About the Role
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing Airbnb and short-stay accommodation cleaning team across the Central Coast. You will work in small, supportive teams to prepare homes to a high standard between guest stays. All cleaning equipment, products, and training are fully provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality cleans for Airbnb and short-term rental properties
- Work efficiently in a team to complete cleans within scheduled timeframes
- Change and remake beds, refresh towels, restock supplies and amenities
- Conduct laundry tasks where required (folding, sorting, basic linen management)
- Complete property checklists and report any maintenance or inventory issues
- Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure 5-star guest experiences
- Follow company cleaning standards, procedures, and safety guidelines

About You
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with set deadlines
- Weekend availability preferred (Airbnb turnover peak times)
- Licence highly preferred due to travel between properties

Job Type: Casual
Pay: $35.00 – $59.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 30 per week
