At VIFM, our people support meaningful work across forensic medicine, science, public health and justice. We’re looking for a Talent Management Advisor to help attract, develop and retain the people who make that work possible.

In this role, you’ll contribute across the talent lifecycle, from attraction and recruitment through to onboarding, workforce capability and succession planning.

About the Role

Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture Programs, you'll support talent initiatives across attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, succession and employee transitions.





Working with hiring managers and stakeholders, you'll help create positive candidate and employee experiences while supporting workforce planning, talent development and continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

- Partner with hiring managers to deliver inclusive attraction, recruitment and onboarding experiences that build strong talent pipelines and support workforce needs.
- Support workforce planning, succession, early careers, talent development and employee transition initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
- Contribute to VIFM's employee value proposition and employer brand to attract and retain diverse, high-quality talent.
- Use workforce, market and remuneration data to inform talent decisions and identify opportunities to improve retention, employee experience and service delivery.
- Implement contemporary talent practices that enhance candidate experience, workforce capability and recruitment outcomes.

About You

You enjoy connecting people with meaningful opportunities and creating positive experiences for candidates, employees and hiring managers.

With experience delivering talent acquisition, recruitment and broader talent management initiatives across the employee lifecycle, you'll contribute to attraction, onboarding, workforce development and employee experience initiatives,



while partnering with stakeholders to deliver effective outcomes.

You have a continuous improvement mindset, using workforce, market and other data insights to identify trends, enhance talent processes and support informed talent and recruitment decisions.

Solid organisational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) will support your success in the role.
