Vine Digital is a digital marketing agency working with Australian health and wellness brands. We're taking on ONE trainee (possibly two) for a paid 3-month sales and marketing traineeship, coached personally by our founder.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Work real prospects from week one. We hand you a ready-built list of 600+ local businesses and a proven outreach playbook. You execute, we coach you daily.
Learn cold outreach, follow-up, and how to turn a free audit offer into a paying client. These are the skills every business pays for, forever.
Track your own numbers and learn to read them like a qualified salesperson.
THE DEAL
Casual, 4 days per week for 3 months. Paid at the award rate from day one (AU$30.34 to $33.71 per hour depending on age). You earn whether you win or lose.
Plus commission on every client you convert from our free offer into a paying engagement.
Perform well and there is a full-time graduate role at the end of it, on a salary plus the same commission plan. That is the point of the three months. You prove it, you're in.
WHO THIS SUITS
You don't need sales experience. You need to be coachable, resilient, and willing to talk to strangers every day. If rejection flattens you, this is not the role for you. If you have ever talked your way into something you were not qualified for, we should talk.
HOW TO APPLY
Send your CV, plus a link to a 60-second video (a phone recording is fine, use unlisted YouTube, Google Drive or Loom) telling us about something you have convinced someone to do. A job, a sale, a mate, anything.
Applications without the video will not be read. We are only taking one trainee, so make it count.
