Luddenham village cafe is looking for experienced pie maker to prepare and cook our wide range of mixes/pie fillings for our production of pies.
Duties include:
- Prepare and cook pie fillings
- Maintain clean and hygienic work space
- Ensure stock rotation is followed
- Record mix temperatures and follow cook chill chain
Qualifications and experience:
- Must be well organised and a good communicator.
- Able to cope in a fast paced high volume environment.
- Familiar with Haccp systems a plus
No weekend work
Casual position
As a part time Baker, you will be responsible for the preparation and baking of our famous pies and sausage rolls. This is a hands-on, production-focused role that plays a crucial part in delivering our delicious products to our loyal customers.
