We're seeking a Community Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, person-centred care to NDIS participants and aged-care clients across Taree, Forster, Tuncurry and surrounding areas. This casual role offers flexible hours, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a genuine difference in people's lives.

What you'll do:

- Deliver nursing care in participants' homes and community settings.
- Conduct health assessments and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and perform clinical procedures.
- Collaborate with participants, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

What you'll need:

- Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration.
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.




- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current First Aid & CPR.
- Community, disability, or aged care experience is highly regarded.
