Major Mitchell Café is looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team immediately.
We're a busy, quality-focused café known for our creative brunch menu, exceptional coffee and friendly team culture. If you're someone who takes pride in producing consistently outstanding food, thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
- Full-time position

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef
- Café or brunch experience highly regarded
- Strong understanding of food preparation, presentation and consistency
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during busy services
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual and a great team player
- Current food safety knowledge
