Key Responsibilities:
- Follow health, safety, and manufacturing protocols to assemble and test biomedical products
- Work within detailed SOPs, ensuring every step is signed off accurately
- Use hand tools and mechanical skills to complete complex assembly tasks
- Conduct quality inspections and document assembly/test data precisely
- Maintain a clean, organised workstation to support optimal production flow
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to team training
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in skilled assembly, ideally within medical device manufacturing
- Strong mechanical aptitude, with experience following SOP steps in a regulated environment
- High attention to detail, with the ability to follow complex instructions
- Excellent organisational, coordination, and communication skills
- Proactive mindset and adaptability in evolving processes
