We are currently seeking an organised and proactive Scheduling Coordinator to join a well-established company based in Arndell Park. This is a temporary full time assignment offering consistent weekday hours and a competitive hourly rate of $38.00 per hour.

Our client is a leading specialist in air compressor sales, service, and maintenance, supporting customers across a range of industrial and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Schedule and coordinate daily service technicians and field staff.
- Manage incoming service requests and prioritise work orders.
- Liaise with customers to confirm appointments and provide service updates.
- Monitor technician schedules and make adjustments as required.
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and job information.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure efficient job completion.
- Provide general administrative support to the operations team.

About You





- Previous experience in scheduling, service coordination, dispatch, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and scheduling or ERP systems.
- A positive attitude with strong attention to detail.
