I'm looking for a Handyman, carpenter or construction labourer to come and help complete building our house in Waratah, Newcastle, NSW. The work changes but could include:

- carpentry,
- Joinery install,
- painting,
- demolition,
- Brickwork repair / replacement,
- site cleaning,
- moving scaffold,
- Installing fixtures,
- and other building / construction tasks.

Part Time: up to 5 x 8hr days per week (nominally 8:30 to 5pm with 1/2 hr lunch)

Min 3 days/week - Max 5 days/week.

Pay:

$30-$40/hr through ABN

or

$27-36/hr through TFN + loadings and super

rate based on your ability to get work done to good standard in good time.

You should :

- be able to work on your own about half the time
- have prior experience in construction
- be ability to solve problems.





Ideally we're looking for someone with building or trade experience to work for at least a few months but up to 1 year if you're hardworking and we get on. Someone who can work up a ladder or scaffold, has some life experience and makes positive conversation.
