What You’ll Need:

- White Card (General Construction Induction).
- TCR (Traffic Controller) & IMP (Implement Traffic Control Plans).
- PWZ (Prepare Work Zone Traffic Management Plan) – Team Leaders only.
- Operate TMA ticket & MR/HR licence – TMA Drivers only.
- Current Australian driver’s licence & flexibility with shifts.
- Proven experience as a Traffic Controller.

Highly Regarded:

- Strong work ethic and teamwork skills.
- Clear, polite communication.
- Initiative and willingness to learn.
- Fit test, gum boots, and cap lamp (Tunnel roles).
