Key Responsibilities
- Welcome students and parents to the centre
- Manage student folders and update records
- Answer phone calls and respond to parent enquiries
- Schedule student classes and tutor timetables
- Handle general administration and data entry
- Follow up with parents regarding attendance and progress
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
- Support the Centre Manager with daily operations
