AMT Conveyancing is a growing, client-focused conveyancing practice based in Oak Park. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, clear communication, and seamless property transactions for our clients. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Conveyancer to join our friendly and supportive team on a full time basis.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing residential conveyancing files from start to finish, including: Preparing and reviewing Contracts of Sale and Section 32 Vendor Statements.
Managing sale and purchase transactions from instruction through to settlement.
Liaising with clients, real estate agents, brokers, banks and solicitors.
Preparing Statements of Adjustments. Conducting settlements via PEXA.
Preparing Duties Online lodgements and related settlement documentation.
Providing outstanding client service throughout the conveyancing process.
A sound understanding of Victorian conveyancing legislation and procedures. Experience using PEXA and Duties Online.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple files efficiently.
A professional, proactive and client-focused approach.
