Arch Talent is a leading specialist dentist recruitment provider across Australia and New Zealand. We partner with national dental groups and hundreds of private practices, giving our Dental Division extensive market reach and a strong track record of placing hundreds of dentists into rewarding roles.
We are expanding our network of high-calibre Associate Dentists across Sydney, including the CBD, Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, Northern Beaches, Hills District, South Sydney and South-West Sydney.
We also work with quality private practices across regional NSW, where the right opportunity may offer stronger patient demand, broader clinical exposure and significantly higher earning potential.
Some opportunities are publicly advertised. Others arise through confidential conversations with practice owners who may be willing to create a position for the right dentist.
Whether you want stronger patient demand, greater clinical autonomy, better systems or more exposure to cosmetic, restorative, implant or comprehensive dentistry, we take the time to understand what matters to you and connect you only with practices that genuinely align.

WHAT COULD THE RIGHT OPPORTUNITY OFFER?
Depending on the practice, opportunities may include:
- Established patient demand and strong earning potential
- High-quality private-practice environments
- Cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry
- Full-mouth rehabilitation and complex restorative care
- Implant dentistry, All-on-X and oral surgery
- Transparent aligners and fixed orthodontics
- Endodontics and complex general dentistry
- Modern technology, including scanners and CBCT
- Experienced clinical and administrative support
- Clinical autonomy, collaboration and mentoring
- Competitive commission structures
- Two to five days per week
- Selected pathways into leadership or partnership

WHO WE WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM
We are seeking experienced, high-performing dentists who take pride in the quality of their work and want to make a meaningful contribution to a practice and its patients.
You may be a strong fit if you:
- Have extensive private-practice experience in Australia or a comparable overseas dental market, such as New Zealand, the UK, Ireland or Canada
- Provide high-quality general dentistry
- Diagnose comprehensively and communicate treatment confidently
- Have developed, or want to develop,
particular clinical interests
- Build strong relationships with your patients
- Are ethical, motivated and commercially aware
- Value autonomy while remaining collaborative
- Want to continue progressing clinically and professionally
- Hold unrestricted AHPRA registration and appropriate professional indemnity insurance
