About the Company

We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded electrical contracting business with a long-standing reputation for delivering complex electrical construction, infrastructure, and maintenance projects across Australia.

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager – Electrical Contracting to join their Sydney team. This role offers the opportunity to manage diverse projects from inception through to completion while working alongside experienced industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage electrical construction projects from planning through to successful completion.
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, suppliers, and project resources.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, quality, and overall performance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
- Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, Australian Standards, and project specifications.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Drive project outcomes while maintaining safety, quality, and profitability targets.

About You

To be successful in this role,



you will have:

- Demonstrated experience managing electrical construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience delivering commercial and/or industrial electrical projects.
- Sound understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Qualifications in Project Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Pay: $120,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
