This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and passion. Working alongside our highly skills team serving oysters, seasonal house-made specialities and great customer focussed food.

What you'll bring:

- Solid experience running a section in a high-volume kitchen
- A good understanding of Italian cuisine (preferred, not essential)
- A leader in food safety procedures
- Solid knife skills and a sharp eye for presentation
- A team-first attitude and the ability to keep cool under pressure
- Genuine passion for great food and great hospitality
