Due to continued growth, we are seeking skilled Mechanical Fitters to join a high-performing Projects team working on installation, upgrade and maintenance projects across a variety of industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical installations and project work within industrial environments
- Complete preventative and breakdown maintenance activities
- Install, service and repair industrial equipment and machinery
- Work with:
- Conveyors
- Pumps
- Valves
- Bearings
- Drive systems
- Gearboxes
- Assist with machinery commissioning and equipment upgrades
- Read and interpret engineering and mechanical drawings
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and site safety
- Liaise professionally with customers and site personnel
- Adhere to all safety, quality and environmental requirements
About You
To be successful, you will possess:
- Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in industrial maintenance, projects or installation work
- Strong mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working in manufacturing, food processing or industrial environments
- Pneumatic and hydraulic experience advantageous
- Current White Card
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Robust communication and customer engagement skills
- Excellent organisational and time management capabilities
- Positive attitude and strong commitment to safety
