360 Personnel is currently seeking experienced Roller Operators to join a leading civil construction company working on infrastructure projects based in Caboolture. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established contractor delivering major civil projects across South East Queensland.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate smooth drum and multi-tyre rollers safely and efficiently on civil construction projects.
- Compact soil, gravel, asphalt and other materials to project specifications.
- Conduct daily pre-start inspections and basic maintenance checks on plant equipment.
- Work alongside site supervisors and civil crews to meet project deadlines.
- Assist with general labouring duties when required.
- Maintain a strong commitment to workplace health and safety at all times.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Previous experience operating rollers on civil construction projects.
- Current Roller (RII) competency/ticket.
- White Card (Construction Industry).
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Highly Regarded
- Additional civil plant tickets (Excavator, Skid Steer, Loader, Moxy, etc.).
- HR or MR Driver's Licence.
- Experience working on road construction or subdivision projects.
