As demand for our recruitment services continues to grow, we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team.

About the Role

This is a part-time position (10–12 hours per week), initially offered on a 3-month contract, with the opportunity to become permanent as the business continues to grow.

The role has been created to provide additional support while one of our Senior Education Recruitment Consultants returns from maternity leave on a part-time basis. Initially, you will work closely with our recruitment team to build candidate pipelines, source outstanding educators and support the delivery of recruitment services to schools across Australia.

This is a flexible, home-based role that can work around school hours, making it ideal for someone seeking genuine work-life balance while continuing to build their recruitment career.

The hours can be worked across 2 or 3 days per week and will be agreed with the successful applicant. Due to the needs of the business, you must be available for at least four hours between 9.00 am and 3.00 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays. The remaining hours can be worked flexibly.

Key Responsibilities

- Source teachers, school leaders and education professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK and other sourcing platforms.
- Build and maintain candidate talent pools for current and future vacancies.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls.
- Coordinate interviews, references and candidate documentation.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within our recruitment systems.




- Support the recruitment team to ensure vacancies are progressed efficiently.
- Deliver a professional and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with recruitment advertising and other sourcing activities as required.

About You

You will ideally have:

- Experience in recruitment, recruitment administration, HR, talent acquisition or a similar people-focused role.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Confidence in communicating with people over the phone and by email.
- Good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and recruitment platforms.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- A proactive attitude and genuine enjoyment of finding and engaging great people.

Experience within the education sector is desirable but not essential.

Salary & Benefits
