About the Project
This role supports the delivery of critical Defence infrastructure as part of ACCIONA's expanding Defence portfolio. The project plays a key role in strengthening Australia's Defence capability and is delivered in a highly regulated environment with strict quality, safety and compliance standards.

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Night shift Supervisor with a civil background in drainage, excavation, pavements, FRP, and concrete

Key accountabilities:

- Supervise civil and structural construction activities in line with program, safety, quality & environmental requirements
- Coordinate subcontractors, plant and materials to ensure efficient site operations
- Conduct site inspections and maintain daily reporting and records
- Ensure compliance with Defence standards, specifications and quality systems




- Act as a safety ambassador on site, promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring full compliance with health and safety requirements
- Monitor progress and assist with planning and sequencing of works
- Track site activities and costs, ensuring works are delivered in line with the approved budget and identifying any variances
- Contribute to risk management, issue resolution and continuous improvement on site

Key capabilities we are looking for:

- Proven experience in a Supervisor role across civil and structural scopes on infrastructure or building projects
- Strong understanding of site‑based construction delivery, quality and safety systems
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Team‑focused mindset with the ability to drive performance on site

Due to Defence security requirements, applicants must be Australian Citizens and eligible to obtain Baseline Security Clearance.
