Job Description
As a Payroll Systems Testing Analyst, you will play a ключ role in ensuring the accuracy, performance, and reliability of payroll and HRIS systems through structured testing and validation processes.
This position offers a combination of BAU testing activities, compliance responsibilities, and continuous improvement, with the business about to commence a major system implementation, providing excellent project exposure.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts aligned to payroll and HRIS requirements
- Perform system testing to ensure accuracy, functionality, and performance across payroll scenarios
- Identify, document, and prioritise defects, inconsistencies, and system issues
- Collaborate with payroll, HR, and technology teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements
- Support system changes, upgrades, and implementation activities, ensuring successful deployment
- Maintain testing environments, tools, and documentation
- Ensure ongoing compliance with payroll legislation, tax, and superannuation requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including optimisation of testing frameworks and processes
- Stay across industry changes and evolving regulatory requirements to ensure systems remain compliant
