We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Warehouse Supervisor to join our high-performing team in Kemps Creek.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for leading the afternoon shift operation within a large multi-user warehouse environment, ensuring safe, efficient and productive daily operations.
Leading a team of approximately 45–50 team members, supported by two Team Leaders, you will play a key role in driving team performance, maintaining strong customer outcomes and fostering a positive safety culture.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity, working Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm.
Key areas:
- Lead daily warehouse operations to deliver safe, efficient and productive outcomes.
- Drive team performance through coaching, development and effective people leadership.
- Manage employee performance, attendance and behavioural matters while maintaining team engagement.
- Promote a safety-first culture through observations, incident management and compliance activities.
- Coordinate labour and resources to achieve operational targets and customer expectations.
- Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Your operational expertise and ability to engage,
develop and motivate teams will be key to your success.
You can demonstrate:
- Leadership experience within logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations.
- Strong people management, coaching and communication skills.
- Experience managing operational performance and KPI outcomes.
- The ability to lead large teams in a high-volume warehouse environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience using WMS systems and intermediate Excel skills will be highly regarded.
