This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced operational manager ready to make a meaningful impact in aged care.

As Senior Manager, Service Operations, you will provide end-to-end operational leadership across mecwacare's Moorabool neighbourhood, driving high-quality, secure, and responsive service delivery for our clients.

Reporting to the Head of Service Operations, you will lead frontline delivery teams, oversee financial and workforce performance, and partner with the Manager, Service Operations to resolve complex client and service escalations.

You will also play a pivotal role in quality, safety, and compliance, while building genuine trust and rapport within your local community.

What you bring:

- A commitment to achieving quality outcomes for residents, employees, and volunteers.
- Current Driver's License.
- Extensive management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to provide strong leadership, guidance, motivation, and strategic direction to employees, and to create partnerships to achieve agreed objectives.
- Proficient knowledge of relevant funding, standards, and legislative requirements.
- Demonstrated skills in root cause analysis and solution focused interventions.
- Exceptional organizational, planning and time management skills.




- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse .
- NDIS Screening check + Orientation Module.
- Extensive experience in aged and/or Residential based services.
Desirable:
- Tertiary management and/or business qualification or working towards same.
- Experience with continuous improvement and risk management systems and processes.
- Post graduate qualification related to aged and/or Residential services.
- Advanced skills in tender preparation and writing.
- Experience with change management processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage service growth and expansion.
