Key Responsibilities

- Manage qualified mortgage leads and referral opportunities
- Conduct client interviews and assess lending needs
- Recommend suitable home loan, refinancing and investment solutions
- Structure and submit applications across a broad lender panel
- Guide clients from initial enquiry through to settlement
- Build relationships with clients, lenders and referral partners
- Manage your pipeline and provide ongoing client support
- Ensure compliance with lending and regulatory requirements

About You
You are an experienced Mortgage Broker who is relationship-focused, commercially minded and passionate about helping clients achieve their property goals.

You will also bring:

- Mortgage broking or residential lending experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and results-focused approach
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Relevant mortgage broking qualifications and accreditation
- A commitment to delivering quality client outcomes
