Supervisor, Food & Beverage

Salary from $70,000 per annum

The restaurant is a long-standing Darwin favourite.

Restaurant offers extensive traditional and contemporary Cantonese dishes with some Sichuan and Hakka dishes.

About the Role

· supervise client relationships by promoting excellent service

· supervise front of house staff including reservations and delivery areas

· take reservations, greeting and seating guests

· make sure food and beverages is delivered to guests in a qualified and timely manner

· clean tables, bars, equipment, etc

· oversee proper food and safety practises and standards by staff

· generate daily and weekly reports

· train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff

Qualifications and Skills





· relevant vocational or higher qualification

· at least 2 years recent experience as Food & Beverage Supervisor

· demonstrated experience with staff supervision and customer servicing practices

· sound knowledge and experience with workplace hygiene, work health and safety and responsible servicing of alcohol

· proven ability to operate POS systems

· ability to work according to the requirements of the position
