About the role
The Registered Nurse will be a valued member of the Subacute in the Home team, and be part of an enthuasiatic and dynamic team dedicated to supporting patient through their rehabilitation and recovery in their home enviroment.
Experience working in a community setting will be highly regarded. The SITH service operates Monday to Saturday in work hours.

Demonstrated a person and family centered approach to all aspects of care.
Ability to work as a team with allied health and medical staff.
Ability to work within a quality and risk framework
Ability to describe and demonstrate the use of evidence based practice.

Employment Type: This is a fixed term FTE 0.7 (28 hours per week) until 29 June 2027.
