Sushi Train Mango Hill is looking for junior casual team members to join our friendly team.
We are currently hiring:
- Junior Sushi Maker (Kitchen)
- Applicants must be at least 6 years old.
No experience is required. Full training will be provided.
School students are encouraged to apply.
Duties
Hot Food Sushi Maker (Kitchen)
- This role involves working with deep fryers and other hot cooking equipment
- Application must be able to follow safety procedures and work responsibly in a commercial kitchen.
- Food preparation
- General kitchen duties
- Cleaning
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Able to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Available after school and/or weekends
Sushi restaurant experience is highly regarded but not essential.
Employment
- Casual position
- Approximately 4–12 hours per week
- Junior rates apply in accordance with the Restaurant Industry Award. Pay is based on age.
Pay: From $16.09 per hour
