The specific responsibilities

Managing the recording of transactions related to the purchase, storage, and distribution of goods.

Formulating, putting into practice, and overseeing strategies, procedures, and plans for purchasing, storage, and distribution.

Reviewing and creating policies and processes that will help to continuously enhance all supply and distribution operations.

Developing and putting into action plans to keep necessary supply levels at a low cost and challenge the sources of supply that are currently being used and try to reduce costs without sacrificing quality.

Establishing contracts with suppliers to reach agreements that satisfy the needs for quality, price, and delivery.

Managing staff activities and keeping track of their output

Assist operations in ensuring accurate receipt and distribution of all inbound containers and materials.

Keeping track of and examining storage and inventory systems to meet demand and manage stock levels.

Using recording systems to keep track of all finished goods and supply movements, and making sure that orders are placed, and stock is replenished at the right times.





Communicating with clients and other departments about the needs for outbound goods and related transportation

Liaise with Custom forwarding Brokers & Transport for containers movements & Biosecurity Officer for Food & Quarantine Inspection.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience

- Minimum 2 years previous experience in Supply and Distribution
- Similar industry experience advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Need Good skill of Excel, Word & MYOB Inventory system.
- Strong computer skills
- Current forklift license
- Knowledge of OH&S; policies and related experience
- Must speak English and Hindi

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
