Are you an experienced Support Worker confident in supporting individuals with mental health and psychosocial disabilities?

We have a client based in Kogarah searching for experienced and resilient female support workers — and we want YOU on the team!

If you love making a real difference, we want to hear from you! Shifts involve supporting participants with complex behaviours of concern, using effective de-escalation strategies and trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care that promotes safety, dignity and positive outcomes. With multiple shifts available throughout the week, there's something to suit every schedule.

To be successful you'll have:

- At least 1 year's experience in the disability or mental health sector




- Robust understanding of complex behaviours of concern and restrictive practices
- A reliable car with comprehensive car insurance
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Infection Control Certificate
- Police Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation
- ABN
