Join a well-established civil infrastructure contractor specialising in the maintenance and remediation of critical stormwater and drainage assets across NSW. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing, full-time consistent work, a strong safety culture, and the chance to work alongside experienced tradespeople on essential infrastructure projects that help keep local communities running.

We are currently seeking Brick Labourers to join a long-term infrastructure maintenance project repairing and replacing damaged bricks within stormwater channels and drainage structures.

This is a physically demanding, hands-on role working alongside qualified bricklayers, assisting with brick removal, material handling, and brick replacement works.

What's on Offer?

- $38.41 per hour
- Daily Travel Allowance
- Mon - Fri
- 7am Strat
- Full-time hours
- No rain-offs - employees remain on site and continue to be paid during wet weather when channel work cannot be completed
- Various Locations

Key Responsibilities

- Remove damaged or displaced bricks from stormwater channels and drainage structures
- Assist with the preparation of surfaces for repair and replacement works
- Mix and apply mortar as directed
- Support bricklayers with brick replacement and remediation activities
- Move materials, bricks, and equipment around site
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding labouring tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe work area




- Follow all site safety procedures and instructions

Requirements

- Previous bricklaying or brick labouring experience
- Current Construction White Card (essential)
- Current Working at Heights ticket (essential)
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Robust commitment to workplace health and safety
- Excellent attendance record
- Ability to work well within a team environment
