About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care, supporting clients to live safely and independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive in-home nursing care
- Perform clinical assessments and monitor client health
- Administer medications and provide medication management
- Deliver wound care and other nursing interventions
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Liaise with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Essential Requirements
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- National Police Check
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance (preferred)
- Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills
- Full Australian working rights
