Please note: Applicants must live within a commutable distance (South-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne) and have relevant care experience or qualifications. If you’re unqualified, we may be able to offer paid on-the-job training leading to a nationally recognised qualification.

About the Role





As a PCA, you will be part of a high-functioning clinical team, providing clinical, holistic and person-centred support to our residents.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Assisting residents with personal hygiene, dressing and daily routines
- Supporting residents with housekeeping, errands and daily activities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in a resident’s health or wellbeing
- Taking vital signs, height and weight
- Maintaining residents’ health equipment
- Responding to emergency situations
- Assisting with rehabilitative exercises
- Supporting social, recreational and lifestyle activities
