We’re partnering with a growing Australian beverage manufacturer and are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor who can lead from the front, jump in when needed and help drive a strong team culture. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with beverage production experience who’s looking for career progression and wants to build their leadership capability in a supportive, down-to-earth environment.

What you’ll be doing:

- Lead and support a team of production operators
- Coach the team on safe work practices, GMP and food safety standards
- Run day-to-day production: priorities, workflow, output and quality checks
- Troubleshoot production issues and keep things moving
- Keep production records and compliance documentation accurate and up to date
- Contribute ideas and help drive continuous improvement on the floor

What we’re looking for:





- Experience in beverage or liquid manufacturing (production/processing/bottling/packing)
- Proven ability to lead people
- A practical, hands-on approach — you’re comfortable jumping on the tools when needed
- Robust communication, calm under pressure, and good shift organisation
- Understanding of GMP / HACCP / Food safety standards
- Mechanical aptitude is highly regarded with various production equipment (pumps, pasteurisers, processing equipment)
- Forklift licence ideal but not essential
