About the Role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting patients with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Managing appointments using dental practice software.
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Processing payments and health fund claims.
- Managing patient records and maintaining confidentiality.
- Coordinating the daily appointment schedule.
- Assisting clinicians and the administration team when required.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional reception area.
About You
- Previous dental reception experience is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organisational and time management abilities.
- Professional presentation and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience with dental software (Praktika) is advantageous.
