What does the job look like?

Lead Linfox’s People Services function, delivering efficient and effective HR operational services across employee data management, HR systems administration, reporting, compliance and employee support.

This role will play a pivotal part in leading a team through the implementation of SuccessFactors, driving service excellence, continuous improvement, automation and enhanced self-service capabilities across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the People Services team to deliver efficient, high-quality HR services and achieve agreed service standards.

- Develop team capability, support career growth and expand service delivery across the function.

- Ensure accurate, secure and compliant management of employee data, HR reporting and analytics.

- Drive the adoption and effective use of SuccessFactors and self-service functionality across the business.

- Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities and technology-enabled solutions.

- Partner with HR, IT and business stakeholders to support people initiatives, compliance requirements and organisational change.

Are you the one?

You are an experienced HR Operations leader with a strong background in people management, service delivery and continuous improvement.





You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can successfully lead teams through change while maintaining a robust focus on compliance, data integrity and customer service.

You can demonstrate:

- Proven experience leading HR Operations or People Services teams.

- Experience operating within a centralised HR Services model.

- Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms, with SuccessFactors experience preferred.

- Working knowledge of payroll principles and employment-related compliance requirements.

- Experience delivering process improvement, automation or technology-enabled solutions.

- Degree qualifications in management or a related discipline.
