- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a high-volume environment
- Managing service bookings and customer requests efficiently
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure services are delivered smoothly
- Following up with customers regarding bookings and updates
- Maintaining accurate customer and booking records
- Assisting with new client onboarding and service enquiries
