What You'll Be Doing

- Sourcing and attracting healthcare professionals through job boards, social media and networking
- Conducting candidate screenings and registrations via phone




- Building robust relationships with candidates throughout their recruitment journey
- Coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate engagement
- Managing candidate information and databases
- Supporting recruitment consultants with talent pipelines
- Identifying new talent pools and market opportunities

The Company
Henderson Healthcare is a thriving Healthcare Recruitment Agency that is based in the buzzing suburb of East Victoria Park.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow their career within a company and gain valuable professional skills and experience in recruitment and people management.

About you

- 1-2 years' experience working in an office environment or similar
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport and build relationships
- Great organisational and prioritising skills
- You will have experience using Microsoft Office and be exceptional with word and excel
- You will have a positive, can do attitude
- Can work within tight time frames and work on deadlines
- Healthcare exposure is beneficial although not essential
