We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join a supportive and collaborative team providing services to children and adolescents aged 4 to 17 years.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language and communication assessments for children and adolescents aged 4–17 years.
- Develop and implement personalised therapy plans.
- Deliver therapy across home, school, clinic and community settings.
- Support speech, language, social communication and functional communication goals.
- Collaborate with families, carers, educators and allied health professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.
- Provide guidance and coaching to parents, carers and support networks.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A recognised qualification in Speech Pathology.
- Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (or eligibility).
- Experience working with paediatric clients,
particularly neurodiverse children (preferred).
- Knowledge of neuroaffirming, strengths-based practice.
- Experience or interest in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and social communication.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A current Working with Children Check (or the ability to obtain one).
- A current Australian Driver Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
