Hall Veterinary Surgery is seeking a Full time Head Vet Nurse to lead our dedicated nursing team and play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care.

About the Role
As Head Vet Nurse, you’ll work closely with our vets and management team to:
- Lead, support and mentor our nursing team
- Maintain high clinical and patient care standards
- Oversee daily nursing operations and workflows
- Be hands-on across surgery, anaesthesia, hospital care and client support
- Contribute to training, rostering and continuous improvement within the clinic
About You
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent experience)
- Previous leadership or senior nursing experience (highly regarded)
- Strong clinical skills and a calm, organised approach
- A positive, team-focused leader who leads by example
- Excellent communication and a genuine passion for patient care
