Project Schedule Management Working within JP9141 the Level 3 Project Scheduler will: Perform and achieve schedule support work within an integrated workforce.
Interpret and comply with legislative, policy and regulatory frameworks.
Coordinate and support monthly reporting across the project team in PPRIP and SPMS.
Engage, monitor and control all compliant schedules for approved projects in contract, able to be reported from through MRS.
Undertake planning activities and developing schedules for pre-approval projects, ready for baselining post-approval.
Perform monthly management of Open Plan Skilled (OPP) Inform the Project Director of identified schedule risks to the projects.
Ensure that activities are progressed in accordance with project standard operating procedures.
Establish and maintain Project Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs), WBS data dictionaries, and project schedules utilising OPP Essential Experience Required: Senior scheduling experience with Open Plan Professional (OPP)
Scheduling experience in major projects Highly Desirable Experience required: Previous experience in a Defence project environment
