Position Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced, enthusiastic, and passionate Casual Front of House Waitstaff to join our dynamic event team.

Main Duties:

- Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately.
- Assist with setting up and packing down events.
- Understand dietary requirements and ensure guests are served appropriate meals.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a high level of guest satisfaction.

Skills/Experience Required:

- Previous experience in the Hospitality Industry, preferably restaurants and events.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Can-do attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliability to commit to shifts allocated to you based on your availability.
- Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
