About the role

Perfect Concrete Care is a specialist concrete services business operating in Sydney. We deliver high-quality demolition, concrete cutting, core drilling, grinding, and surface preparation solutions to construction, civil, and commercial clients.

We're growing and looking for a skilled Concrete Technician/Labourer to join our team based out of Marrickville. This is a hands-on, field-based role where your craft and reliability directly impact project outcomes and client satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing

- Concrete cutting, core drilling, and surface grinding
- Demolition works in residential, commercial, and civil environments
- Operating and maintaining specialist concrete equipment safely
- Working to project specifications, site plans, and quality standards
- Completing work safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition

What you’ll need

Mandatory requirements:

- Minimum 2 years construction experience in Australia
- Valid White Card (General Construction Induction) — mandatory




- Valid Australian driver’s licence
- Experience in demolition, concrete cutting, core drilling, or grinding
- Physically fit and able to perform sustained manual work
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Highly regarded

Not mandatory — but will strengthen your application:

- Hands-on experience with saw cutting, core drilling, or grinding equipment
- EWP (Elevated Work Platform) ticket
- Working at Heights certification
- Confined Space entry ticket
